How much does a property video tour cost in London?

What's the difference between a social tour and a cinematic tour?
A social tour is filmed on a stabilised phone rig: quick, sharp and right for most listings. A cinematic tour uses a cinema camera, a full-size gimbal and drone, for homes where the finish and the setting are the selling point.
How quickly do I get the video?
Within 2 working days of the shoot.
How long is the video?
30 to 60 seconds. Long enough to show the layout, short enough that people finish it.
Can I put a vertical video on Rightmove and Zoopla?
Yes, as a YouTube or Vimeo link on the listing. On a phone it fills the screen; on a desktop it plays with bars at the sides. Our guide to Rightmove and Zoopla specs has the detail.
Can you shoot photos on the same visit?
Yes. Book photos, floor plan and video together and it's all done in one trip.
What does the vendor need to do before the shoot?
Tidy, clear the surfaces, open the curtains, switch the lights on and move cars and bins off the front. Our shoot day checklist has the full list to send them.
Who owns the video?
We keep the copyright, and you get a licence to use the video to market that property: portals, your website and social posts, for as long as it's on the market with you. Need it for anything else? Just ask.
